In their words

The work speaks. So do they.

They didn’t just photograph our wedding, they remembered it for us. I still tear up at the album.

Elena & Marcus · Wedding

The most relaxed I have ever been in front of a camera. The portraits don’t even look posed.

Priya R. · Portrait

Our album cover shoot felt like a film set. The band has never looked better.

The Vale Sessions · Musicians

Booked them for a product campaign. Our launch page converted the moment the new shots went live.

Daniel K. · Brand

Worth every cent. The prints are gallery quality, framed in our hallway now.

The Okafors · Family

Editorial that actually feels like me. My agency uses these images everywhere.

Sofia L. · Creative Director

Behind the lens

A studio built on light, patience, and a little silence.

Black Note began with a simple frustration: most photographs are taken, not made. We wanted images that hold the room, the light, and the half-second before someone laughs.

So we work slowly and on purpose. Available light over flash. Direction over posing. A long edit by hand instead of a filter. Whether it is a portrait, a wedding, an artist’s record cover, or a brand campaign, we shoot for the version of you the moment deserves.

Then we put it in your hands: printed and bound to outlive the hard drive it came from.

Questions, answered

No catch. Just ask.

How do we book a session?

Send an inquiry above with what you have in mind and a rough timeframe. We reply within 24 hours with availability, a quote, and the next step. A signed agreement and a 30% retainer hold your date.

What does a session cost?

Portrait sittings start at $450, full sessions and editorial stories at $1,650, and weddings and brand commissions from $4,500. Every booking is custom; the investment depends on time, location, and what you want to take home.

How long until we see the photos?

You will get a handful of previews within 48 hours. Full galleries are delivered in 2 to 3 weeks for sessions, and 6 to 8 weeks for weddings, each frame color-graded by hand.

Do you travel?

Always. We shoot in studio, on location, and anywhere the light is worth chasing. Travel beyond the region is billed at cost; ask us and we will fold it into your quote.

Do we get the digital files and print rights?

Yes. Every collection includes high-resolution files and a personal print release. We also offer fine-art prints and archival albums finished in the studio if you would like us to handle it.

What should we wear, and how do we prepare?

Once you book, you will get a tailored prep guide: wardrobe, location scouting, and a moodboard we build together. Then you just show up; we handle the rest.

Last frame

Let’s make something worth keeping.

The light is only here for a moment. Let’s not waste it.
